Self-Care Sundays

It can be difficult to schedule self-care time regularly or follow through with self-care activities which can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others.
Join us for 1 hour of gentle yin yoga, 1 hour of group therapy and a different 30 minute self-care activity each week.

Sundays, May 7, 14, 21 from 12-2:30

Drop-In Group
This is a drop-in style group which means participants don’t have to attend every session. This group is available to adults of all genders and will be facilitated by Brittany Doncaster M.A. CCC.
