A Group for Children Experiencing Anxiety

Does your child struggle with worry, nervous feelings, or anxious thoughts?

Taming Worry Dragons is a supportive therapy group designed to help children better understand anxiety and learn practical ways to manage it.

Using child-friendly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques, participants will:

  • Learn what anxiety is and why it happens
  • Identify and understand their “worry dragons”
