Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (UNBC) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville). Her approach is person-centered (i.e., focused on relationship building and flexible to clients’ needs) and informed by Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. Her main goal is creating a therapeutic space in which you will feel truly safe and accepted. She has received training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and has previously worked in medical/psychiatric clinics, university clinics, correctional centres, private practice, and most recently as a government-contracted domestic violence and sexual abuse specialist. She is currently accepting new clients including children, adolescents, and adults.
