Brenda, alongside her husband Barry, operate Beavercreek Ranch & Horse Centre nestled in the Qu’appelle valley outside of Lumsden. Together they ranch, board and train horses as well as their human partners.

Brenda was always determined to turn her life-long love of horses into a sustainable living.
She studied Livestock Production at Olds College and went on to complete the National Coaching Certification as well as Leadership Development. Over her 40 years of her training and coaching career Brenda has shared her own passion for learning and personal growth by coaching countless clients to a new level of skill and personal awareness.
Brenda ,being aware of the impact horses can have interacting with humans , has committed to the power and potential of EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning) as well as EAL( Equine Assisted Learning) ,to assist individuals to discover solutions on their own .Together with a client, mental health professional and the horse ,they work towards attaining a better understanding of how they work as a team and a better understanding of themselves.
