Possessing 21 years of experience as an educational administrator, Tracy Fuchs has guided others through relationship and servant-based leadership. With a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Tracy has joined the Joshua Tree team to share his knowledge, experience and passion about leadership. He will work with all stakeholders to develop the potential for leadership found within each of us. He believes helping others realize their own potential is not only good for the individual, but also for the organization.
