Grief is difficult alone. Are you a senior that has recently experienced a loss of a loved one? Grief and loss are part of life and the life stages. We mourn many things as we age including adjustment to physical change and loss. Losing a spouse and family member can and will be a life-altering event.

When: Begins Sunday, October 17th from 1-2 pm. This program will continue as a drop-in program until the end of March.
