Sensory Circus Arts with Cody Selanders
Fridays – 7-8pm September 16-November 25 – NO CLASS OCTOBER 21<
This group is open to children and youth of all abilities. The circus arts are a great way to practice body awareness through non-competitive and creative play. Toss juggling, contact juggling, poi, hula-hoop, and other circus/flow arts are introduced with safety and accessibility in mind. Children will learn to utilize repetitive motion, breathwork, free and independent play to facilitate calm, focus and other coping mechanisms.
