This gathering will take place as the seasons shift and invite us to examine what may need attention or fresh energy. The workshop will be a time to honour each other and express ourselves. We will follow the Intention Witness process, developed by Pat B. Allen, as we use art and writing to explore our creative potential in a curious and non-judgmental way.
Intentions one explore might consider may relate to: motivation, what sparks joy, self-compassion, strengths and transitions. Whatever brings you to the group, you may rest assured that you have come to a place where you can connect with other women in a creative way.
No artistic skill required.
