Mindfulness & Meditation – Zoom Sessions


Note- This is an online Zoom group, not in-person.

Join Renee via zoom for weekly meditation and mindfulness to learn skills to destress and relieve anxiety. Mindfulness can be used to regulate.

We can learn to be present with difficult emotions and challenging situations. During challenging and uncertain times the support of community is important as we draw strength from each other.

Sundays from 7-8 beginning on August 30.
