Mindful ACTion


Wednesdays –  March 3, 10 and 17 – Noon – 1:00 – on Zoom
For: Adults – Men and Women Welcome!

This group will give you tools to cope with anxiety, stress and difficult thoughts and feelings in a new way. Find out practices to tap into the present moment, accept what is, and engage in life in a way that you value most.

Karen will lead you through the 3 main components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy including:

  1. Being in the present moment (mindfulness, defusion from thoughts)
  2. Opening Up (acceptance of thoughts, feelings)
  3. Doing What Matters (engaging in life towards your values)
