For teens struggling with anxiety or depression

Based on tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, this group will give you tools to cope with anxiety, stress, and difficult thoughts and feelings in a new way. Find out practices to tap into the present moment, accept what is, and engage in life in a way that you value most.
