Mental Wellness Journaling for Teens/Young Adults

Thursdays from 5-6 PM from November 3-December 1 (5 weeks)

In this group, members will embark on a guided journaling journey in which they will set goals, explore their identity, build positive emotions, and process difficult experiences.
Materials will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own supplies as well.
