ORTON-GILLINGHAM TUTOR

Carolyn Caul is certified by the Academy of Orton-Gillingham as an

Associate Level Dyslexia Educator. She is a parent of two sons who have
been diagnosed with Dyslexia and so understands first hand the needs of
students with Learning Disabilities. Carolyn’s goal is to help students gain
confidence in reading, spelling and writing through the Orton-Gillingham
approach. As well, Carolyn is very passionate in helping parents and children understand their learning disability so they can advocate for accommodations that will help them be more successful in their schooling.

Carolyn is a Learning Resource Teacher in Regina. She has over 30 years of teaching experience. She has been a classroom teacher for almost every grade, and was a program teacher for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, Austisic children, and Dyslexic children. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Education degree from University of Regina, a Diploma in Deaf Education from University of Alberta, and a Masters in Educational Administration from University of Regina.
